Lemon pepper hot wings are the best, sooo crispy. Professional size pool tables are awesome and well maintained.

Reviews raved on cleanliness and good food. The place did smell clean as it was freshly mopped, but the table tops, shelf surfaces were all sticky, dirty some with food debris. We had to just get the cleanest looking one to eat on which was far from our pool table. Restrooms were totally grungy. Men jeered and yelled at us from across the pool Hall (and followed behind when we went to the restroom) while a homeless man paced around our leftovers. One guy walked through the place, after visiting the restroom, with his pants undone and slowly tucking his shirt in. It was so offensive. All the pool tables were stained with faded mark's on them.

Some of the employees are rude and tempermental towards APA league players. They do not respect the idea of treating patrons kindly even if they are off the clock to "play a game of billiards" - There are good bar employees that I highly recommend..... Bri and Savannah are wonderful! But if you are looking for "think, like an owner and treat your patrons with respect" - stay away from the others. Food is good most of the time - Josh is on point with his patty melt!

I went here yesterday and I am so glad that u did, I had such a blast at the rail, it felt like I was just a family member walking in. I do loved the atmosphere and everyone was very friendly and well spoken. I loved the bartender Lilly is her name the same as my partners name. My partner is setting up a birthday surprise for me at home , so I will be coming back on my birthday which is January 28th to hang out and have some fun, they got music there, pool , darts and slot machines was such a plus, the food is the bomb that chef sure can cook some great wings , I so loved the drinks , I can’t wait till I go back for my 40th birthday, thank you so much for making me feel right at home. If y’all are in Athens , The Rail is certainly a great place to unwind and relax!!

This is really one of my husband’s places. I like the atmosphere, the attention, there is a touchtone that you can choose the music you want. Here I learned to play billiards. And on Saturdays there is Karaoke🎶🎤 you have to know this place.
